Case Study 2 : Unify participant waiting experience
There are many instances where meeting attendees are left waiting for the host to start a online meeting for which they are running late. How can the host easily communicate with the attendees about being late. How might we allow the attendees to communicate among themselves before entering the meeting.

Below is the waiting experience design which tries to unify the experience across desktop, mobile , IP phone and TP video devices. Also the design is optimized for the device used to join the meeting.

This waiting experience design can be further improved by trying to make sure that participants are let into the meeting without having to wait for the owner of the meeting. Features like alternate host can be incorporated into the meeting scheduling design to facilitate this.
